Peter Weisman has been an active commercial real estate broker since 2003, sourcing opportunities to a wide range of landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Aside from the notable transactions brokered, his focus is to optimize the position of whoever he represents.

In 2021, Peter represented the buyer of 1 Crosby Street, at the corner of Howard, in New York; the same year he represented both the buyer and seller of 41 and 43 Mercer Street.

Since then, representing owners, leases were signed at 476 Broome Street, 104 Grand Street, 125 Prince Street, 412 and 417 West Broadway, 90 Hudson Street, as well as both 45 Grand Street and 321 Grand Street.

As a tenant representative, most recent work includes sourcing locations for La Cabra Coffee (both at 284 Lafayette Street and 515 West 18 th Street), Portuguese furniture brand Frato (at 500 Park Avenue), Baggu (91 Grand Street), Ro Bags (101 Stanton Street), and Harkawik Gallery (88 Walker Street), IRO (the US Flagship in Soho in 2012, as well as their Madison Avenue location in 2015), Philipp Plein (625 Madison Avenue), among others. Years earlier, 2009, Peter sourced Camper as the buyer and represented both buyer and seller of 110 Prince Street for a record sale price at the height of the economic decline.

Peter graduated from from Lehigh University. Following college, he worked as a journalist in Manhattan before attaining a Master’s degree from Arizona State University. Peter has worked as a real estate broker since 2003, originally with Tarter Stats Realty, The Lansco Corporation and Sinvin before launching his own brokerage company.
