Representing the owner of this unique Soho corner, I drew enough interest from 5 major fashion brands to organize a bidding process.
The winning bid was given a lease. We had to hold onto a backup tenant in order to stop a renegotiation from the winning bidder.
When a corner retail store attracts this level of interest, one must operate with a cool head, and endure some frantic emotions. While insulating the owner from the drama, I achieved a rent well above the asking rent.
