Representing generational owners, I marketed this 2-story building for lease throughout the global pandemic.
Three tenants emerged, vying for the entire building.
We played each potential tenant against each other, eventually leasing the property to the highest and best use – the grocery delivery service, Gorillas, whose venture capital backed executives agreed to pay a higher rent than both an art gallery and an architect.
Gorillas was forced to lease the second floor as part of the negotiations, moving their NYC offices out of a WeWork and into this property.
